Guarantee and Returns Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied and for them to agree that not only their indoor air quality has improved but also having a quality filter delivered on a regular basis is the cat’s meow. However, we understand that in order to get people to trust us we need to put our money where our mouth is. If a customer cancels during the first 90 days, we are out of pocket all shipping costs and the cost of a filter. Obviously, this would pave a path to extinction for us if it happened regularly so we wouldn’t offer such a guarantee if we didn’t feel so strongly about our product and service.

So, our official policy is:

  1. If within the first 90 days of receiving your first filter shipment you do not believe that your indoor air quality has improved using DuPont air filters, notify us and we will refund the entire amount you paid for your package and cancel all future shipments. We may ask why you want to cancel, but we won’t give you hard time. Promise!

    PLEASE NOTE: This policy is limited to one household per lifetime. We can’t have you signing up and cancelling every ninety days so you can get free filters for life. If you do cancel, and decide later to re-enroll, we will welcome you back and any refunds for subsequent cancellations will be prorated. In other words, please don’t take advantage of our kindness!


  2. ANOTHER NOTE: Occasionally, we go nuts and offer promotions giving away the first delivery of filters with a purchased package of quarterly delivery. In this situation, the first delivery, even though free, counts as the first delivery. If you cancel your package within the first ninety days you will still receive a 100% refund. If you cancel after the second filter is delivered and installed, your refund will be for the remaining deliveries.
  3. After the first ninety days, if you decide to cancel your service, we will refund the unused portion of your package. For instance, if you have received and installed your second filter shipment and decide to cancel, and your package includes four deliveries per year, we will issue a refund for the remaining two deliveries.
  4. Whether you choose to have us determine your filter size, or you specify the size yourself when ordering, if we send you the wrong size filter please notify us immediately. We will re-send you the correct size at no charge to you. All we ask is that you return the wrong-size filter to us using the pre-paid shipping label we will provide. Everyone makes mistakes and it happens occasionally.
