How Our Service Works

Our only business is selling what we believe to be the best air filters on the market today. We allow consumers to realize the benefits of changing their filters regularly by automatically delivering new ones when the ones are ready for retirement. And, if you live within one of our service territories, we even offer installation of the filters we sell.

With our standard service, we ship you a new filter quarterly. You can choose to have deliveries more often, but for most people quarterly is sufficient. When you see a filter on your door-step you’ll know it’s time for a change. Your credit card will only be billed once for the entire year and you’ll never need to remember the size of your filters or when they were last changed again. That becomes our job!

During the heavy use seasons like winter and summer, you will quickly notice less dust in your house. Have you ever noticed when the sun comes in directly through a window you can see the dust in the air? Make a mental note of what you see before and after using our filters. The difference will be noticeable along with the amount of dust that falls on your furniture. Then, when you change the filter in three months, you’ll be blown away by what it looks like. It WILL be dirty.

Order Options

We divide our services into two packages - Basic and Ultra. Both packages allow you to select either a DuPont™ Gold Model 11000 or Platinum Model 12000 filter to be delivered at the interval you choose. The Ultra Package includes installation but it is currently only available in certain areas. Please see below for the details and pricing of each package.

Basic Package

This is our standard service. We will ship you a new DuPont filter of your choice quarterly, bi-monthly or monthly. With this service the only thing you need to decide on is which filter and how often you want it delivered. The default delivery option is quarterly which is sufficient for most households. The easiest way to tell if you need to change your filter more often is to judge the amount of dirt accumulation after 3 months. When you remove the filter, if lots of dirt falls off (signaling that the filter is saturated and can’t hold anymore), you may consider changing it bi-monthly (every two months).

If you are within our local territory and want us to come out to determine the size of your filter there is a one-time charge for this service.

Ultra Package

The Ultra Package includes the Basic Package with on-site installation. If you want us to install your filters, we offer an additional discount on the filters and charge a nominal fee to come to your house or business. Please note that at this time, the Ultra Package is available only within Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer counties in California.

When we arrive to change your filter, we will:

• Protect the area below and/or around the filter
• Remove and bag the old filter
• Vacuum around the filter area
• Wipe down the return vent
• Dispose of the old filter

With the Ultra Package, if you want us to come out to determine your filter size there is no charge for this service.

Package Pricing

Our pricing and discounts vary for both packages depending on the quantity of filters and the frequency of delivery. The following is an example for a one-filter system and quarterly delivery for each package. All prices include freight and sales tax where applicable.

Consider the following example. Assume you are currently changing your filter every six months or yearly – whether deliberate or not. Most authorities estimate that you can save 5% - 15% on your energy bill by keeping your filters clean. If your average electric bill is over $200, and you save $10 per month, that’s $120 per year in savings. Our basic service, which includes four filters per year, costs only $99 per year. And, you will get the immeasurable benefits of better indoor air quality and longer system life!

Shipping

All order are shipped or delivered by FTYD personnel. At this time, we do not offer express or overnight delivery. All orders are shipped within 24 hours unless we are out of stock. If we are unable to ship within 24 hours for any reason we will contact you via email. Also, you will receive an email from FedEx once your package has been scheduled for delivery.
